Subject: Two questions.
I have just seen Derren in Hastings. He is a great entertainer. At
the end of the performance he asked us not to discuss the second
half so as not to spoil it for anyone else. I suspect he doesn't
want people talking about it because his method would soon become
very obvious and spoil his performance. Interesting how he only does
one night at each venue and then goes half way across the country
for the next one. I just have two questions that I would like to
ask. Neither will spoil the evening for people who have yet to see
him but will put my mind to rest over a couple of things. The first
question is:- what was Derrens "friend" called that he was trying to
get in touch with? At Hastings it was David Fox. Secondly what
number was chosen for his encore? At Hastings the number was 42.
Would be interested to hear from people who saw him at different
venues.
