Subject: memory maximising
Hi, id just like to seriously recommend you all read some memory
maximising books, to those of you who have, great, anyone that hasnt
i really think ud find it a good thing to do. im just over half way
thru one right now, and mnenomic techniques it uses are really good,
especially if u want to memorize things like derren does. as i said
im about half way thru the book, and as practice ive just memorized
a couple of numbers, that is: 50 decimal places of pi. sad i know,
but 50 places in the space of 20 mins is somethin id never dream of
being able to do before reading this book, my goal is 100 decimal
places by the end of the book. obviously remembering the decimal
places of pi is of no relevance to anything, its just good
practice. the current world record however is pi to 42,000 decimal
places, which took 9 hours to recite, i dont think im goin for that
goal tho lol!
hope u all decide to read some memory books, its really good for any
buddin mentalists. =]
