You don't have to do much.
1. Avoid eye contact when people are talking to you.
2. Actively appear dis-interested.
3. Keep those arms folded - a nice closed posture.
4. Exhibit poor communication skills i.e. ignore conversational cues,
interupt people in mid-sentance etc.
5. Avoid mirroring anyone else.
6. Keep your replies to questions closed. Try replying with one word
answers.
