How are they being slowed and space-wasted?
If an account bounces, it gets transferred to Bouncing
Accounts. Other than a couple of subsequent
test-sends, Yahoo then ignores those accounts.
Thereafter, all that gets stored is the e-mail
address.
I'm not sure how these accounts worsen group
performance. Please clarify.
