I copied Derren's patter exactly more or less to do it to someone else, and
it worked. But I think the fact that I've done it to myself and so know it
works helped me with confidence, which as BC said, sells the whole thing.
Emile Coue's (sp?) autosuggestion thingie was helpful too. I can't remember
where it's at.
