I give a more detailed explination, its part of a pacing and Leading
approach
When you read the post it will make more sense,
I think its important to point out
That this metod is generally very sucessful in written format and is
icreeased expotentially face to face when aditionally leading the
persons state
I know we discussed this in a private e-mail, I'm still trying to
think of a method to explain it in print!
