you have to be careful buying nlp books.
i find it much better to go to the library and order
them in .
there are alot of nlp supposedly books that are really
only affirmations and meditation . !! this isnt nlp ,
nlp is constructive use of language ,to atain specific
outcomes not just " i am derren i am derren , round
and round "
a good way to spot a nlp book worth reading is look in
the contents and see if there is a chapter on
"the meta model."
if there isnt then it isnt an nlp book .
read "NLP IN 21 DAYS" by Harry Alder . that will
teach you the basics like rapport , pacing and leading
VAKOG ( another important) ,submodalities
,ambiguities.
frames etc.. good book.
