Well Derren used to do a hypnosis act - I would think this sort of
effect is quite possible when somebody is under hypnosis.
I'm sure you have seen people in other countries with knives and
things being poked through their faces. I saw in bizarre a festival
with tons of people - one guy with a swordfish through his face.
Any other ideas?
