Subject: Derren's mind 'tricks' on radio 1
Hi all
Hopefully most of you have now
listened to Derren on the radio after it was kindly put on
the internet. Has anybody got any ideas as to how he
got the listener to corrently predict the letter he
had written down? Was it purely a trick or
suggestion? Although I guessed the letter correctly, I think
this may have been coincidence as my friend picked a
completely different letter.
Derren seems adamant
that he doesn't use hypnosis and again on the radio he
told one of the crew that she wasn't hypnotised. How
can you get somebody's hand to stick to the table or
forget your name without using hypnosis ? Is he bending
the truth somewhat ?

on the above.
