Light Hynposis can be done easily, in under a 1
min(not always), if you use the hands pressing down
method. I have my own similar way, which works
well.
But it takes longer than a few seconds. I think
Derren verbally sets the scene, and relaxes the
subjects.
But, to be honest i am not 100% sure.
I would need
to try something similar and see the
effect.
