Harris, Sir William Henry (b London, 28 March, 1883 - d Petersfield, 6 September, 1973)
Harris studied at the Royal College of Music, and later taught there (1923-53), while also working as a church musician in Oxford, and at St George's, Windsor (1933-61). His works include choral music (most notably the double choir motet Faire is the Heaven), and organ pieces.
