Walker, Ernest (b Bombay, 1870 - d Oxford, 1949)

Walker studied at Oxford University, and was subsequently the Director of Music at Balliol College, Oxford from 1900 - 1925, and is best known for work on the history of English music, and his mens' voices anthem, I will lift up my eyes.
