Good. Well planned, logically developed with a clear structure. Perhaps you might have 'softened' your introduction by adding a few opening lines about the aims of psychology before saying how it fails.

Use of sources:
Good, although you need to put "cited by" in the main body of the text. You also need more references to support some of the points you make.

Good synthesis of material.

Presentation:
Excellent, although you might consider using subheadings. This breaks up the text and helps to structure the essay.

Overall comments:
Good first essay. In future essays you need to concentrate on referencing and also use more references to support the points you make. You should look to expanding the number of sources you use.
